Building on last week's focus that Christ should be supreme in the heart of the Christian, Pastor Stacey Harris teaches the church that Christians are people with an earnest expectation in the second week of his new series. He challenges the church to remember that when we place Christ supremely in our lives, we become filled with knowledge of His will for us, fruitful in our spiritual walk, fortified with his power - producing patience and joy, and focused on giving thanks to Him over and above all.

To close out his How Is Your Love Life? sermon series, Pastor Stacey Harris studies the final three statements Paul gives to the Corinthians regarding love's endurance. Calling them words of illumination, illustration, and inspiration, Pastor Harris teaches the church that love will endure longer than any spiritual gift. Moreover, he states that the ultimate test of spiritual maturity is to find oneself loving people more every day and know that one day we will come face to face with the ultimate example of love which we cannot fathom here on earth.

This week, Pastor Stacey Harris explains the final nine statements Paul uses to define the agape love of Jesus Christ. He teaches the church that love is not easily provoked to anger and does not keep track of wrongdoing. Furthermore, he examines the ways love not only refuses to rejoice in sin but also refrains from passing judgment; how it takes joy in the truth; and how it is covering, positive, expectant, and strong. Finally he reminds the church that love never fails.

In the third week of his current series, Pastor Stacey Harris speaks to the congregation on love's essence. Explaining the characteristics of patience and kindness, Pastor Harris begins to teach the church about the qualities of love which should be the undeniable atmosphere present around us each and every day as Christians. In addition, he elaborates on what Paul states love is not: the resentful spirit of envy.
