Characteristics of a Mother
Happy Mother's Day from Trinity of Fairview! Today our congregational care and missions pastor, Jesse Looney speaks out of the passage 1 Corinthians 13: 4-7. Using this passage, he compares the love of God to his children to the love of a mother toward her children. Mothers, thank you for all you do in our church and in our families!
"Love is patient and Kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

Titus 3:1-8
This Sunday, Pastor Jesse Looney studies the state of the church today. Using a passage from the Book of Titus, he teaches the congregation that the church needs to return to the promises, values, and love of God rather than the judgments we exact on others and the additions and subtractions we append to and take from His Word. - Jan 18, 2015Single Sermon Topic: Esther – An Example of Love (Rev. Esther - An Example of Love

Esther 5:1-8
This Sunday, Children's Pastor, Jesse Looney studies Esther as an example of the agape love that Pastor Stacey Harris is preaching on in his current series. Just as Esther did, Pastor Looney challenges the congregation to choose to be selfless instead of selfish, to rely on the Lord's provision, and show love above all in every circumstances we face.
