Sermon Series: Prayer Patterns
Prayer Patterns
Today Pastor Stacey concludes his series, Prayer Patterns. We have looked at the impact of many different kinds of prayer from many different people, but we have yet to talk about the one whom we pray to. We look more closely at Luke 11: 1-4, and how prayer was never a negotiation with Jesus and his father; rather, it was a simple way of communication between he and his father! Only when we figure out how prayer will impact us is when we decide how and when to use it...or according to Pastor Stacey, "the way you understand-a-thang impacts the way you undertake-a-thang!" Join us as we conclude our series Prayer Patterns.

In Pastor Stacey's continuation of his series, Prayer Patterns, we look even more closely to power of prayer as well as the different ways to allow it to be evident in our daily walk with the Lord. Today we focus on 1 Kings - 18:36.
Here we look at Elijah's powerful prayer, but it isn't given in a way that one would first guess! Converse with the Lord as long as He's there, but sometimes a lengthy prayer is not as effective as the short, strong prayer in faith, just as Elijah did in 1 Kings. According to Pastor Stacey, "...success isn't entirely about the initiative, rather, it's about the "finishative!"
How is your prayer motivated? Elijah's motivation came from three points: Concern about God's reputation, our affiliation with God, and the defibrillation of God's people and their heart for Him.
Join us today as we explore the power of prayer through some of the Bible's greatest prayer warriors!!

    Prayer Patterns
In Pastor Stacey's continuation of his series, Prayer Patterns, we look more closely in the book of Acts, chapter 4: 23-31. Last week we see that the only way to access the power of the Holy Spirit is through prayer and fasting as we looked in Mark chapter 9. This week, there are three words that we must remember and apply if the power of prayer is going to be evident in each of our lives: Agreement, Audienceand Appointment. Are the people of God agreeing and being of one accord and one voice? Who's the audience of our prayers? Is your divine appointment being made daily? Join us as Pastor Stacey answers these questions in order to strengthen our daily walk with Christ through our prayer patterns!

    Prayer Patterns
In this weeks continuation of Pastor Stacey's series, Prayer Patterns, we look more closely at the teaching from Mark chapter 9. The enemy never strikes the fringes, but always goes straight for the heart. This message helps us learn how to always be in prayer in addition to making it a fervent undertaking in our daily walk with Jesus. We cannot utter prayers in faith unless we first had prayers for faith before the time our crises and hardships. The only way to accomplish the tasks the Lord gives us, and do it in the likeness of Christ, according to Mark 9: 29, is to be diligent in prayer and fasting. Mark 9: 29 say, "And he said unto them, This kind [of accomplishment] can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting." Are you ready to accept the challenge Pastor Stacey has given to live a life in the avenue of prayer?

Pastor Stacey kicks off 2016 with a message discussing the emphasis that the church is putting on prayer in the coming year. He starts his series Prayer Patterns in Hebrews 4:16. He calls the church body to commit to an active prayer life because God will not move in a mighty way unless we pray.
