Father’s Day: Characteristics of a Father
Series: Father's Day
Characteristics of a Father

Today we would like to honor all the fathers here at Trinity of Fairview. Thank you fathers for your constant dedication, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, to our church body, your families, and friends. Just like Mother's Day, we know that you should be honored and remembered every single day for your passion to serve and be a light for the Lord, Jesus, but we want to thank you especially for today for all you do. Thank you Father from all of us here at Trinity of Fairview!!!

Pastor Adam takes us through scripture, highlighting the characteristics of our heavenly Father, which, in turn, should be passed down to all the fathers here on earth to allow our relationships, church bodies, and families to thrive. 2 Corinthians 3: 18 says, "But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit. " Join us here at Trinity of Fairview as we look closer at the characteristics of our Father.

    Response to Grace
Today we continue in Pastor Stacey's sermon series, Matchless. Last Sunday, with dedicated prayer, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, we have seen the response to grace by giving back to the Lord. Today, we look at the ties that we have with others. Join as we look at Ephesians 4: 32. "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you."

    Response to Grace
In Pastor Stacey's sermon series, Matchless, we've looked at the matchless qualities of God. We've started to look at our response to that grace given freely by the Lord. In the book of Ephesians, chapter 5: 15-17, it tells us to "look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, (16) making the best use of the time, because the days evil. (17) Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is." Join us today as we understand our personal responses to grace.

    Response to Grace

This weekend is the Memorial Day weekend. This is a time where we get to thank and honor those who have fought for the freedoms that we have today. From everyone here at Trinity of Fairview, we want to say thank you to those who have had such courage and strength. However; even more so, we want to thank the One who gave freely so that we may be free, not just on earth, but in eternity as well, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
Pastor Stacey takes us through a response to Grace, reading from 2 Corinthians 9: 1-8. Giving freely and cheerfully should be our response to grace! When we give there must be these four things to remember: Give Systematically, Give Sacrificially, Give Spiritually, and Give Securely. Join us today at Trinity of Fairview as we discover the different ways to respond to the grace of the Lord.

Today we conclude Pastor Stacey's sermon series, Matchless. We look more closely at 1 Peter: 4:7-11. Pastor Stacey has guided us through many different passages of scripture all related to the matchless qualities of God. Verse 10 in 1 Peter says that "as each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace." So let us take to heart these words and give, just us we ourselves have been given. Join us as we conclude this series, Matchless.

Happy Mother's Day from Trinity of Fairview! Today our congregational care and missions pastor, Jesse Looney speaks out of the passage 1 Corinthians 13: 4-7. Using this passage, he compares the love of God to his children to the love of a mother toward her children. Mothers, thank you for all you do in our church and in our families!
"Love is patient and Kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

Today we continue on Pastor Stacey's sermon series, Matchless. Before we get into God's word, today is a very special day. Today is the day we get to show appreciation and respect to the elders of the church. Without their experience and wisdom, the church would not be what it is today, here at Trinity of Fairview!
We are in the book of Titus 2: 11-14 as we learn to better understand God's grace as He  helps "train us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age..." Join us today here at Trinity of Fairview as we uncover the matchless grace and love of the Lord!

Today we continue with Pastor Stacey's series, Matchless. We look closely at Ephesians chapter 2: 4-10 to examine the riches that God provides in our lives. What does grace mean to you? According to Pastor Stacey, G.R.A.C.E. is God's Riches At Christ's Expense. Join us as we unfold the meaning of grace, and the power, and riches that come thereafter all because of Christ's obedience.
