Koinonia is the Greek New Testament word for fellowship, sharing, participation, and communion. Koinonia denotes unity brought about by the Holy Spirit. The individual was completely upheld by the community in the New Testament. Koinonia also means participation in the body and blood of Christ. This fellowship only comes about through the creative intervention of God. Koinonia Men's Ministry at Trinity of Fairview is solely focused on equipping and encouraging men to be spiritual leaders in every area of life. Join us for fellowship, discipleship, outreach, and the building of lifetime friendships. 
Men are the backbone of the church and they need to be challenged and encouraged, that is why this ministry exists. We believe that this ministry is here at Trinity of Fairview to make a Kingdom difference in families’ lives. We want to see men changed so that we might see Trinity of Fairview changed. We also hope that men want to be involved in this ministry because they are seeing other men involved, growing, changing and enjoying life through Koinonia Men’s Ministry. Koinonia is open to men of all ages through many different events that allow men to involve their children and friends outside the church. We want to see men come to a stronger spiritual life through this ministry.
The 2011 vision is to find a way for men to GET INVOLVED. There are many things pulling men and families away from growing. We are dedicated to finding little ways to touch men’s lives and better their lives and families. We are not looking for events to busy up men’s lives, but strategically placed to pump up men and reach the lost.
